The mission continues, along with the resolve to insure that the non-corporate and non-governmental citizens of Fort Collins and the surrounding areas can enjoy free speech without encumbrances, and without the implied threat of identification and possible retaliation in the workplace for viewpoints that don't follow those of the flock. It should be an individual poster's choice whether they identify themselves or not, and on this site, such is your choice.
The Fort Collins Coloradoan's actions confirms my resolve in fighting for the American way, a way wherein one can speak in a crowd without fear, and wherein one may also be shouted down without penalty if such is merited. What the Coloradoan has done is make free speech dangerous to your personal safety and wellbeing, thereby squelching it.

With the receipt of the communication attached below, all of my three questions with respect to FEBUI are answered. Now why did it take such of a hassle to get? As I'll show in the next blog entry, I think maybe there are more issues here. Whatever.
To recap, three questions with their corresponding answers:

The ATF is asking for our help in tracking some firearms that were stolen December 11, 2011. The reason I'm posting this is that the theft appeared to focus on just military-style assault type rifles. These two images from the Coloradoan story: ATF offers reward for suspect who stole guns in December burglaries at Dick's, Sports Authority shows my concern. Clicking on the images takes you to the corresponding image in the story.
These two are relatively easily modifiable to full auto. These are not hunting rifles unless you are out hunting humans. I know from

There's sweet irony sometimes, couched as injustice. I'm getting some groceries the other day, and guess who I see driving the POS Ranger but the "Old Man". Now a certain set of plumbers here in Choice City probably know who I'm talking about, as well as maybe some of the local plumbing suppliers. I feel bad for you guys that you're still having to put up with him. He made work a poisonous environment, bragged about his days in the phone company back East, getting people fired and how you had to kiss his ass or he knew how to make your life miserable.
The "Old Man" is why I collect Federal Emergency UI Benefits. This person put his hands on me in an office, another one of those kind, also got physically rebuffed, and the police were called. Why they wouldn't press charges against Mr. Old Man, well, feel free to ask them. I kind of don't care,

But that is what the preliminary hearing is all about, showing that there is enough evidence to bring things to trial. Obviously, there is. Convictions, however, don't occur at preliminary hearings, and those hearings are biased predominantly for the prosecution. There not much defense counsel input into them.
Looking at what was reported on the Coloradoan story quoted below, the most damaging piece of evidence is the watch. How did the watch get to be in the area? I won't get into conjecture on that one point, because that is a crucial piece of evidence. Kind of like homie's broken hand that didn't hit nobody. Some thoughts on everything else though:

With respect to the Coloradoan story quoted below, I can honestly say, from very personal experience, that this is the standard modus operandi in this Eighth Judicial District of Colorado. Stop a second, and step back. Look at the forest, instead of the trees in front of your face. What year is this? 2012, duh. What is this year? Umm. An election year. Pray tell, who is term limited this year? Head scratching? Yes, well I want y'all to think, deep and well about this because if you DON'T pay attention, you, dear electorate, will be played like a cheap violin, and might I venture to say, yet again.
What my next question would be is: Has Mr. Gilmore given notice that he is taking it to trial or has he refused a plea. When my incident with the Larimer County employee, related in posts below this one, occurred and I responded to criminal charges with a lawsuit against the county employee, they operated in the same fashion.
What is really going on here? What I mention above is hypothesis trying to explain known data. But please recall a certain

On Martin Luther King Day, we see about us the fruits of the "Promised Land" for some. But the line to get in has been long, and many still haven't and probably won't see the "Promised Land" this turn of the wheel. Dr. King's quest was not just about racial equality, but about equality and justice for ALL. Martin Luther King, Jr., ladies and gentlemen, was the point of Lady Justice's spear, a martyr for Her and social justice.
In that vein, we call upon all members of all denominations to stand up for Dr. Kings legacy, and continually strive for actual and true social justice always, not just give lip service to the concept. We have a dire problem facing America, a problem totally internal and caused by the complacency of many Americans, resulting in them not being vigilant. I speak of what is the business of justice in America, mostly as manifested in the county and district judicial systems,
In a society where equality of justice is guaranteed to all, it is obvious to the casual observer

Attached below is the testimony of Sargent Feyen, Larimer County Sheriffs Office Investigations Division.
In the Court's order, Judge field claimed that there was no credible evidence presented about jrp's abuse, stalking, harassment and extortion. This means that Judge field is saying that Sargent John Feyen is a witness who is not credible. That would be an unusual proposition on the Court's part, one not commonly found in cases of this nature. Is Judge field saying that Sgt. Feyen is lying?
The testimony exchange shows that the sworn statements of Ms. Lynne, thought not acted upon by the DA or law enforcement, where nevertheless not proven false.

With the goings on of last week, I figured this would be better formatted as a blog. Maybe this will help other reciepients in the county with problems. If you're having troubles shoot me an email, al@alreaud.net.
I spent about an hour maybe, on Friday, trying to contact a being with a pulse at the CDLE. Got some of it on video, a very frustrating experience. I really don't want to speak to a machine that's on about a 120 second loop, over and over again, because after the first pass, no new information is given. They should have the GoDaddy method, where the computer takes your phone number, and it puts you on a que, you get auto-called when your number is about to be called. The wait time is then 5-10 minutes, rather than hours, and it saves line time. Time +1 hour, questions answered 0. I'll be spending all of Martin Luther King Day crawling the CDLE website.
Here's the strange thing, so I look into my checking account Saturday morning

Part I is the response, from the Larimer County Department of Human Services (DHS), Business Operations Coordinator Eileen Brittingham. I won't post her contact information, as there are sure to be many people with axes to grind with respect to DHS in Larimer County. Pardon the facetiousness at this point, but I didn't realize that "Human Services" was a "Business Operation".![]()
