"Jewish Lightning" in Fort Collins? Please rethink Penny Flats and don't prosecute an innocent man...

The definition of Jewish Lightning is: "Supposed cause of fire deliberately arranged by the owner to burn down a property or business in order to benefit from insurance money or similar, such as destruction of documents and records.". I'm using this term, not because I'm anti-Semitic, but because in the areas where I believe that the actual arsonists come from, New York State, this is a very well known term and modus operandi.

Last year, I wrote about the Penny Flats fire being a possible case of insurance arson. I'm more convinced of it now, after having a fuel spill at my apartment complex (owned by Neuworks, LLC), where it seems I was the only one that smelled it (for well over 24 hours). The original story was BEEKEEPER BLOG - Insurance scapegoat for Brinkman? Why am I writing about it again? Because I worked for Neuworks Mechanical at Penny Flats after the fire, spoke to individuals who worked there, and have recently found the owner of the company to have what I believe are psychological issues. I was suspicious a while ago, BTW, (Other Suspects? Follow the money...), so this is nothing new.

What benefit could the Beekeeper possibly have in

My Experiences with Neuworks Mechanical / Brinkman Partners

This is the story of my experiences with Neuworks Mechanical and Brinkman Partners. The story is a lesson in getting everything in writing, and sad to say, carry a voice recorder and dash cam at all times. This story is also about lackeys, lying, and how that will destroy this society in the end. So read on, folks, and know one thing, I've always had a problem with how easy individuals just can lie, pathologically. I've never been able to, and learned many moons ago that it's easier to remember when you tell the truth than when you lie.

INJUSTICE THAT CONTINUES TO HAUNT AND HURT: The Holiday Christy Story

http://petsarefamilyfoundation.com/

I was recently contacted by a victim and example of corruption in this community. She wants her story publicized, and I'm more than willing to oblige, because she is computer illiterate. Those of you here in Choice City {for whom, BTW} may remember the story of Holiday Christy, who was portrayed as this monster animal abuser. I wrote about it back in August, 2011. The fact is that she had the misfortune to get fuel on I-25 and Harmony in this community. She was traveling with all of her animals, including a number of breeder dogs, to a new life in Texas. One animal got loose, got hit, and all of a sudden law enforcement and Animal Control, aka The Humane Society is involved.

To make a long story short, I believe that somebody found out that she was carrying hard cash and had breeder animals, and snatched her animals, arresting her and falsely accusing her of animal abuse. The legal fraud to that, is that from Fort Collins to Texas is less than 24 hours. The animals were not being abused in any way, they were being transported in cages with food and water. They demanded $6300 to get back the animals, inventing

What's up with the walls? Part III - The neighbors are staring.

It's late Sunday afternoon, and I come home to a construction crew constructing the below wall after 6PM. It's just an example of management at the apartment complex. There is a 25 minutes video of the activity, and the corresponding violation of privacy, but it's about 1.3GB, so I'm not positing it. It's very irritating, but actually too funny because now the neighbors are staring, LOL, wondering too WHAT IS UP WITH THE WALLS. One guy went by on a bicycle looking, then doubled back. A couple goes by, looks, talks and shakes their head. It's not just me, folks! It's some of the strangest looking stuff I've seen in Fort Collins. Maybe I've been out west, too long, but this doesn't seem Fort Collins, it seems more something you might find in lower rent districts of the Bronx or Flatbush.

Maybe it does fit Fort Collins, actually, referring to the new Brinkman look to Downtown Fort Collins, which can be described as ICLEI-style flats. Probably not a low rent district there, though, about 20 feet from the railroad tracks...no

Shop Manager Bait-n-Switch, LOL, get it in writing, because they will lie...

It's surprising the amount of pathological lying that will go on to try to get an outcome that is straight up wrong. What is going on in America? Lying is becoming SO prevalent that I believe it will destroy this country because it permeates society like a metastasized cancer at all levels from high government to the lowliest employment.

Around October, 2012 I was made shop manager by the owner of Neuworks Mechanical. Around November 2012, I updated my time cards to indicate so, and started turning them in with proper job title. Three individuals put eyeballs and signatures to them between November, 2012 and February, 2013. The Project Manager (Travis), the Owner (Mark), and Human Resources (Robbie). For some reason, invented by Travis after he came on board, that I somehow needed supervision in my job he got to sign my time card (Why would I need his supervision? He's a journeyman plumber, never worked in a shop environment, I've worked driving OTR, and in previous shop environments. He has no clue about the road, travel times, proper loading and strap-down, etc.). So three individuals in management positions OBVIOUSLY SAW five entries per time card that said SHOP MANAGER.

After the separation (wouldn't accept an unjustified demotion without writeup or warning), I applied for unemployment, due to what is called "constructive discharge". These three "people" had the chutzpah to

What's up with the walls? Part II - FCPD 13-1664

Here's another example of the construction at 1104 Columbine Court. As with a lot of the stuff here, it's doesn't seem to be thought out real well. I noticed it after I came out of the shower on Mother's Day. I went outside and asked the mason "What are you doing?" "Oh, I'm building a privacy wall, per the boss, we had planned it out..." Really? I called the Fort Collins Police due to incident 13-1664 on Saturday afternoon (that one is on me, BTW, but I had enough of the harassment). I spoke to the officer, and explained that this activity was exactly what I had described the previous day. As of this posting, the masonry work hasn't restarted.

The new privacy wall, imaged below, is going to split one of the windows almost in half, and is apparently going to be anchored to paint and glass on it's north end (second image)? That's a damn dangerous idea it seems, to have a floating wall on both ends like that, IMHO, but I'm not a mason. Maybe a mason would comment?

A very strange place for a privacy wall...

What's up with the walls?

What kind of residential construction method is this? Neo-Rochester, or Neurigged? This is probably another thing that will be blamed on me, LOL. Lots of construction going on here but the issues bought up to the landlord with respect to electricity are covered with a new door...

The walls at 1104 Columbine Court, Fort Collins
The new walls, also showing the laundry room. Quite the strange decor for Fort Collins, eh? Privacy walls?

Where it begins...

Here is where I believe it began. The guy tries demote me from a managment position, Shop Manager, back to an apprentice position without cause, and thinks I'm actually going to accept it. Then doesn't have the BALLS to do it himself, gets the Project Manager, Travis, to give me the news at 3:30 Friday afternoon. "You're going to go back out into the field as an apprentice Monday." Like hell. I've won two UI hearings so far, now he's trying to evict me from my apartment. BIG LESSON: Never rent from your employer!

What else will be made up after acusing me of tampering with a diesel fuel tank?

I'm going to post this story, first, because it's a game changer for me. It's indicative of some serious issues going on at 1104 Columbine Court in Fort Collins. I'm doing so because of the letter which I scanned below. This, folks, is how trouble starts in a neighborhood and in an apartment complex. I'll get to the reasons as to why in another post, but it has nothing to do with her or this complex. Here's the letter (and here are the dog biscuits cheeky):
Mandi's false statement posted for posterity...

Not only is this woman Mandi lying, but I've never had problems with any animals here at this property,

Casting a vote for Eric Sutherland

Given a choice of some new vibrant blood in city council and more of the same, I've got to choose Eric Sutherland over Karen Weitkunat. Being an informed citizen and having watched, attended, and spoken at more than a few council meetings here in Choice City, I believe Eric Sutherland would bring much needed change and transparency to Fort Collins City Council. Eric is an individual who speaks regularly at City Council meetings, much to the chagrin of the current City Council and Mayor, who don't like to be criticized for waste, mismanagement, and possible fiscal irregularities in the office (such as the Innosphere contract not being signed). And who, in response, have attempted to impose restrictions of free speech while claiming that they are not trying to do so. Very similar to the fence between the public and Council, something never there prior to, and installed during the term of Mayor Weitkunat.

Eric is an intense individual with convictions who sees waste, mismanagement, and other issues with the current city leadership in Fort Collins. And unlike many, he doesn't just complain, he is willing to step up to the wheel himself. So I guess the question is: Do you want more of the same, or do you want somebody with new ideas and an appetite to curb waste and mismanagement at the helm?
