An immediate hearing has been set to try to evict me from the Apartment 4 by Mark Neubauer, F13C4071. As opposed to most other times that I don't want anybody there unless you're curious, this time I'm asking for bodies in court if possible. The reason is that the judge that has been set up to hear this, Carney, is the judge who's sentence I'm appealing in case 12M77, the prosecution for shouting "STOP SMILING AT ME IT'S NOT FUNNY WE'RE UNEMPLOYED" at a county employee at the Larimer County Workforce Center. So of all the possible judges I'm put in front of the only judge that I'm already involved with in a criminal proceeding. Really?

One of those that gets your blood boiling, your blood pressure and heartbeat up? If you have you know the feeling. I just finished reading through such a book. The name of the book is "Drawn to Injustice", by Timothy Masters with Steve Lehto. It's well worth whatever they charge for it.

Having done my share in removing Judges Blair and Gilmore in 2010, what gets me pissed is that I've personal experience with some of these individuals, and the shell game they play with both justice and truth. How many more perpetrations in Larimer County remain undiscovered? How many more innocents sent from this jurisdiction to DOC on false testimony, malfeasant prosecution, and with the help of the fantasies of statistical phrenologists? Innocents that just didn't have the luck of drawing a Maria Liu… You know, where there is smoke there is fire, and an iceberg only shows 10% of it's volume above the surface.

It irks that as you read, you find out that one of the main individuals who fought TOOTH and NAIL to prevent justice for Tim Masters after Maria Liu became involved was Cliff Riedel, who got 'elected' in our judicial district to District Attorney in 2012. 'Elected' in quotes

It's come to my attention from an unnamed source that the Poudre School District may be violating the rights of parents and children by giving out information on students to the Larimer County Department of Human Services (LCDHS). This may include information on whether or not the child is in school today, attendance records, and any number of other confidential information items. Did you know that this was occurring, as a parent? Did the school notify you and get your consent to release any information to anybody? Did the LCDHS get a court order to access privileged information on schoolchildren?

Did you as parents know that the LCDHS must get your consent to interview your child? Or are they just conveniently bypassing this requirement because the case worker is "new"? Are you comfortable, as a parent,

Currently Stacy Lynne is attempting to address rumors that have been flying about regarding her.  One of those is the lie perpetrated by public servants in Larimer County that she has claimed herself a Sovereign Citizen.  She has been successful in reaching out to Law Enforcement in Larimer and surrounding counties, letting them know she has never claimed to be a Sovereign Citizen.  Many LEO's have thanked her for clearing that up and their attitudes toward her have warmed considerably.  This is a good thing. 

But another thing Stacy has had to deal with is the dynamic that public servants have chosen to believe that she has never obeyed any of the Court orders regarding her son Jaden.  I'd like to enlist your help in giving her a fair hearing and encourage these people to look at all the facts.  I wish I knew where they got

For a long while, I wondered if there was ever going to be a rebuttal to the accusations that Stacy Lynne has made. So last night I got to wondering and did some research on Google. I finally found two sites that rebut Stacy Lynne. I present them here for completeness, because there is ALWAYS two sides to a story. The whois information for both is below.

I say purportedly, because I can't verify the information, as it's been privatized for both sites. Why? Regardless, it tells the other side of the story, which is only fair. It seems that Larimer County voters traded what was a fair West of the Mississippi Cowboy-style sheriff (Jim Alderden) for what seems to be a schemer against the rights of Coloradoans in Larimer County.

Lets start off with the attachment of an unlawful GPS tracking system to a vehicle owned by a family member of Stacy Lynne for approximately six months. Were was the warrant for that? Did Sheriff Smith follow Colorado Law in that respect? Then we have the  medical and recreational marijuana issues, where it appears that the Sheriff empowers himself to disregard the will of the voter and the Colorado Constitution.

Amendment 20 (Colorado Constitution, Article XVIII, Section 14) is very specific about the consequences of seizing medical marijuana wrongfully. So why is a medical marijuana patient having to sue to recoup the damages that Amendment 20 says must be paid in compensation for the wrongful seizure. If the Larimer County Commissioners are willing to pay if they loose, then why not just pay up front and save the taxpayer the cost of legal fees, because precedent has already been set in this jurisdiction with Tim and Lisa Masters. Through the perversity of the Court's ruling, "they" may have silenced Stacy Lynne on the subject of ICLEI (should be ICLIE), they've raised a veritable hornet's nest on the subject through their actions against Stacy Lynne.

So the Commissioners are about to take a vote on banning panhandling, like on the medians at Timberline and Mulberry (Hwy 14), as reported by the Coloradoan. I would recommend that the Commissioners attempt to do no such thing, lest they get us embroiled in a lawsuit with the ACLU as Colorado Springs has here recently.

Why would the ACLU take up the case of the panhandler? Because it is a First Amendment free speech issue for both the panhandler and driver. He (or she), the panhandler, has a First Amendment right to discuss anything with me unless I refuse so. I have the right to discuss, or not, whatever I want with that panhandler once approached. That discussion can range from the weather to the design of nuclear weapons. It can also include an entreaty for a pecuniary gratuity. And I can give it or not, at my choosing. These are all basic First Amendment rights in America. If you don't want to talk to them, you keep your window rolled up, or tell them so. If you do, you roll your window down. It's no big deal.
