Notice to Ginny Riley, Director Larimer County Department of Human Services

Greetings Mrs. Riley,

This letter is to formally notify you of incident at Larimer County Workforce Center on January, 9, 2012 at approximately 08:30hrs. In that incident, I raised my voice at one of your employees that found it funny when I say that I would get recourse to the courts if I couldn't get the required information in a reasonable way. The details and sequence afterwards is not the subject of this communication.

Here's what I require:
1) Information on the status of current Federal Emergency UI Benefits.
2) Information on the status of pending Federal Emergency UI Benefits.
3) Information on how to apply for continuation of Federal Emergency UI Benefits.

Simple, reasonable requests. Mame. This information is not available on-line through any of the State UI sites, nor is it available at the LCWC, nor is it available by phone. The information on MyUI shows payment dates but zeros in all columns.

In the event I can't get that information by Thursday, 12:00hrs, I'll fax an emergency motion for injunctive relief down to the 10th Federal District in Denver on behalf of myself and every other recipient of Federal Emergency UI Benefits in Larimer County, and have you served in your office. Nothing I'm asking for is unreasonable, Mame, rather it is requesting that the County perform, and if necessary the State, as per the Federal Mandate.

Please respond with the information requested above so that we don't waste further county employee time and taxpayer funds on this.

Thank you for your time.

Sincerely,
Alfred P. Reaud

Question One to Ginny Riley Answered

Via the receipt of just one week of Federal Emergency UI payment. That only happens when you're done. So that leaves questions two and three unanswered.

I'll update Mrs. Riley after the start of the workday, and this time I'll CC the County Commissioners. I don't want to have to waste the taxpayer time and dime having to fight to get something that I should easily be able to obtain, but I need that information now. February rent is due in twenty days, and I'm already in arrears $50 for this month, with all of my pawn-able things already in the kind care of Ez Pawn…frown

I downloaded the templates for the filing yesterday. Perry vs. Judd, et. al., a nice contemporaneous filing to use for formatting, etc. Google it up, it's an interesting case with constitutional implications.

Ginny Riley and Larimer County DHS

Cat, It is hard to understand how Ginny Riley can keep her job. The only reason that I think of is because her lack of being able to do her job makes the Lairmer County Commissioners look good, because they can not do their job.  It is to bad that not only is it causing you problems, it is costing you. I know this hard on you, but it has cost the life of Summer Moon Hawk and has caused children to be continued to be sexually abused.
