Updated Notice Requesting Information On Federal Emergency UI Benefits
CC: Larimer County Commissioners

Director Riley,

With the direct deposit of one weeks taxed Federal Emergency UI Benefits, question one of my communication of January 9, 2012 has been answered. Those funds have ended.

Therefore it is imperative that I get the information that I've requested immediately. Neither yourself nor your office has responded to the request for information which I reiterate below:

2) Information on the status of pending Federal Emergency UI Benefits.
3) Information on how to apply for continuation of Federal Emergency UI Benefits.

I'm requesting that the Department of Human Services in Larimer County respond as requested in the January 9th communication to prevent further waste of taxpayer time and funds.
