First off, lets clarify. I would have testified, but wasn't asked. I asked a Sargent (only one there, on the record, and he told't met to sit down) to let the respondent's attorney know that I was prepared to testify. So Amy, if you're reading this, or Judge Field, no to the theory … Stacy Lynne is the subject of posts on this website, NOT the author (see below), other than some exemplary filings. She is quoted by the author, to the extent necessary for the post at hand. She has no say so in the caliber, frequency or anything else posted here. However, she would be a welcome guest to post at length.

How what's posted on this website have any bearing on attorney fees? Well, I humbly await the findings of fact, conclusions of law, and order on that. I find it astounding that this lowly blog, coloradoan-anti-censorship.net, is now mentioned on the record.  So is the Dave Hodges show, and couple of others I don't recall. So are ICLIE, Agenda 21, and few other interesting topics, courtesy of Amy Antommaria. BTW, this site is exactly what's posted on the front page header, plus hopefully just a smidgen of inspiration.

The testimony of Pappenheim indicates that this blog, Dave Hodges, and a few others are a bit, well, chafing. Yes, I can understand that. How that pertains to attorney's fees with respect to Stacy Lynne is beyond me. Is bringing this up kind of like the spurious sovereign citizen portrayal? I hope that all readers understand, that from an outside observers perspective, the rulings in this case are chafing and inflame the conscience of a person of average moral character, and in the best interests of the child a 50/50 child custody scenario should have occurred, with time allowed for the child to transition to the new family state.

Why that has not occurred, Amy, is obviously not due to the ICLIE and Agenda 21 connection, nor to the connection between the Judge, Pat, and Ritter that Dave Hodges touches upon, but only on your prowess as an esquire…

Since on the record some of what's posted here is disputed, you're welcome to create accounts on this blog, Jeff, Amy, and anybody else, except spammers. [Updated 5/2/2012] - That got me curious, as I normally don't personally track user posting history. So I looked at the user list, and as of today, there was a Stacy in the user list, who has posted three times, joined roughly one year ago. Last posted 25 weeks 5 days ago as of this update, back in November, 2011. Use the search box to find.
